Sarah Hughes Copenhagen, Ancestral Light of the Source (pronouns she/her), is an entrepreneur, writer, and multi-passionate dreamer. Sarah is the daughter of Dharma teacher David E. Hughes, True Land of Happiness (Chân Lac Độ), who transitioned October 31st, 2022. She received transmission of The Five Mindfulness Trainings in November 2022 from Dr. Larry Ward and Dr. Peggy Rowe Ward.
