rehena Harilall / True Deep Source (she/we) is a Dharma teacher in the Plum Village tradition, receiving the Lamp Transmission in 2026. Born and raised under apartheid in South Africa, she honours and celebrates her African and Indian heritages.

A psychologist and management consultant, rehena’s work brings together mindfulness, engaged action, inclusion, and systemic social transformation. She works across business, community, social, and government sectors, supporting leaders and institutions to cultivate mindful governance, relational intelligence, and more just, compassionate, and sustainable ways of working.

Her writing has appeared in Lion’s Roar and The Mindfulness Bell.
