We hope this moment finds you and your loved ones safe and healthy. Our Northern California staff are healthy and working from home. Our partners at Penguin Random House and our warehouse are also keeping operations going. We feel fortunate to be able to continue to bring you books that can bring comfort during these difficult times.
Ordering books from Parallax Press online
The situation changes daily for all of us, so thank you for your patience as we face these challenges together.
Domestic orders from parallax.org as of now should not be affected. However, international customers should expect additional delays due to current import restrictions.
We always enjoy sharing a few moments with visitors to our Berkeley office. However, as we are observing state orders for all people to “shelter at home” in California, please visit our website to place your order. The Parallax office is closed to visitors at this time.

For parents, we offer this free recording of mindfulness exercises for children aged 4–14.
As you probably already know, protective equipment for healthcare workers is scarce, placing nurses, doctors, and other frontline workers at great risk of contracting COVID-19. N95 protective masks, among other things, are urgently needed. If you possess N95 masks, please consider delivering them to a local donation site. You can easily locate a collection point on findthemasks.com.
